Alquranteacher.com provides a 24x7 teaching service. Teachers are available around the clock though a customer might not always get a teaching session when they need due to unavailability of teachers for their subject at the specific time or due to technology problems or during a site maintenance window.
Academic Quality

Alquranteacher.com tries to ensure adherence to national and local curricula and standards, however this is not a guarantee. Alquranteacher.com teachers are certified to teach their respective subjects.
Technology

Alquranteacher.com uses proprietary, licensed third-party technologies and free technology products. While all attempts are made to ensure stability and availability of technologies used by Alquranteacher.com, the company cannot guarantee uptime. Through our Services, site and Software, we enable users to connect with independent contractor teachers ("Teachers") who provide live, one-to-one instruction, tutoring and learning services in our online classrooms (Teaching Sessions). The Services include, without limitation, keeping track of users' favorite teachers, smart-matching users with the best available teachers, facilitating and hosting Teaching Sessions, and taking feedback from users.

Account Access; Identity Protection

Purchase, Payment and Billing

When you purchase lessons (each of which is 30 minutes) we add them to your account. You'll be able to connect to one of our professional Quran teacher 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you log into a teaching lesson, we deduct one lesson from your account for 30 minutes or lesser time you spent with the Quran teacher. Lessons will be deducted from your account for every new lesson started regardless of whether the lesson has been completed by the student or not.

Alquranteacher.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Your credit card will be charged on the date that you make your purchase at our web site or by telephone with one of our representatives. (Please do not email us your credit card number at any time for a purchase, as email is not secure and your credit card number could be intercepted by third parties who read your email as it travels through the Internet from your computer to our computers.) We will not bill your credit card again unless and until you make an additional purchase or if you are enrolled in a monthly plan where you will be charged automatically every month (You will be charged every 30 days from the day your first charge was made for the monthly package). When the time in your account expires you will need to make another purchase to continue connecting to teachers.

Pricing

Alquranteacher.com reserves the right to change prices without advance notice and to offer promotions periodically to certain group of customers and thus not available to all customers.
